Scented Purple Rose

Scented petals purple.
Crystal water drip.
Savoring the nourishment.
A gentle hour of pleasure.
Life for a moment.
Love for an eternity.
Darwin's children grow.
The farmer is the harvest.
Purple petals grow.
The hour of water ecstasy.
The crystal drip to savor.
The water is the savior.
Life being but a moment,
The child's loves' eternity.
Bearing pretty scented petals,
To help Darwin's garden grow.
The seeds sowed, in complex rows.
By hands of flesh, not hands of gold,
Yet round those hands, the golden glow.
The scent of roses to my nose.
To kiss the flower.
Thumb pricked by thorn on stem of rose.
A drop of blood,
And flower grows.
